    No, there is no in-house laundry service, but we can recommend a local external company and collection if needs be.

    Maldron Hotel Belfast International Airport operates a strictly non-smoking policy within the entire hotel. We do have a designated outdoor smoking area to accommodate guests who smoke. A deep cleaning fee will be charged to guests who are found to be in breach of our no smoking policy.

    Do you sell gift vouchers?

    Yes, we sell gift vouchers at our reception area as well as online which can be used across various Maldron, Clayton and sister properties for overnight accommodation, dining and leisure facilities (where applicable).

    Do you provide printing facilities for boarding passes?

    Yes, we have printing facilities available at reception and a member of our team can assist with printing your boarding passes. We do ask that the attachment is emailed to

    Does the hotel offer currency exchange?

    No, but there is a currency exchange shop available in the airport terminal (just a 2-minute walk from our hotel).

    Do you supply travel adapters?

    Travel adapters are not provided as a standard, but if you ask at reception we will try our best to facilitate or guide you on where to purchase these closeby.

    Does the hotel offer gym or spa facilities on-site?

    No, Maldron Hotel Belfast International Airport does not have any leisure facilities on-site. However, we can recommend the facilities you can use nearby.

    Can you advise on the length of time to get through security at the airport?

    The airport recommends you arrive at the airport at least 2 hours prior to your flight.

    How far are you from the airport?

    Our hotel is located just a 2-minute walk from Belfast International Airport. Just a short walk across the zebra crossing outside the hotel.

    Does the hotel offer an airport transfer?

    No, our hotel is only 50 metres from Belfast International Airport terminal entrance so there is no need to arrange transfers. Hotel staff can arrange for special assistance over to the airport. Please contact reception to arrange this service (subject to availability).

    How far is the hotel from Belfast city centre?

    It takes approximately 25 minutes to get from the hotel to Belfast City Centre. There is a 24-hour sus service operated by Ulsterbus from the Airport Terminal. A return ticket is available for £10.50. Local Taxis are also available for an approximate cost of £25 for a similar journey time.

    How close are public transport links to the hotel?

    Buses with the number 300 or 300A come every 15 to 20 minutes and can be taken from just outside the airport terminal building. There is also taxis available just outside the building.

    Do you operate with a local taxi firm?

    Yes, we do have a recommended taxi service at the hotel. Our receptionists will be happy to help arrange a taxi for you.

    Is there car parking at the hotel?

    Yes, we offer 200+ complimentary car parking spaces for customers during their stay. Car parking is also available for £40 per week when pre-booked with your reservation. Cars that are not pre-booked will incur a charge of up to £60 per day and a £60 release fee.     Does the hotel offer any Park, Stay & Fly packages?

    Are there any shopping areas nearby?

    There is a Marks & Spencers food court nearby the airport and some duty-free outlets within the airport terminal. Local shops would be a short drive away in Antrim or Junction One shopping centre. Belfast city centre is approximately a 25-minute drive.

    Is there a car rental station near the hotel?

    Yes, all the main car hire companies associated with the airport are within walking distance of the hotel.

    What room types does the hotel offer?

    Maldron Hotel Belfast International Airport boasts 107 comfortable and spacious hotel rooms. Depending on your needs, you can choose between 5 different room types, including standard double, standard twin, executive, family and accessible rooms. We also have interconnecting bedrooms available. Please check availability with our reception team.

    Are there wheelchair accessible rooms available?

    Yes, we have 3 accessible rooms with wide door frames available in the hotel. We have a low bathtub or walk-in shower options with grab rails.

    Does the hotel have family rooms?

    Yes, we offer rooms for families of all sizes. Standard small family rooms and standard large family rooms sleep up to 2 adults and 2 children (under 16) in the same room. Our adjoining suites offer the privacy and comfort of two separate en-suite bedrooms.

    Can I get a cot or camp bed in my room?

    Yes, we can provide a travel cot if required (subject to availability). We would ask that you let our team know prior to arrival if you require a cot to avoid disappointment.

    Can you hear the airport from the bedrooms?

    No, our hotel rooms are soundproof. As long as your window is closed you will not hear any noise.

    Do you have a view of the runway?

    No, none of the bedrooms looks over the runway, unfortunately.

    Are the hotel rooms air-conditioned?

    No, the rooms are not air-conditioned, but there is a temperature control in the room.  The overall heating system is centrally controlled to ensure a comfortable temperature.

    Do the bathrooms have a shower or bath?

    All bathrooms have a bath with power shower overhead. We have an accessible bathroom with a walk-in shower also.

    Does the hotel offer wake-up calls?

    Yes, we provide wake-up calls which can be arranged during check-in with the reception team member.

    What amenities are included in the room?

    All our bedrooms come with complimentary WiFi, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, luxury toiletries, several charging points, tea/coffee making facilities, temperature control as well as a TV with UK and international channels.

    What dining options are available at the hotel?

    Our Grain & Grill bar and restaurant is open 7 days a week serving great quality food at reasonable prices from breakfast right through to lunch and dinner. Our Red Bean Roastery coffee dock serves delicious snacks and barista coffee daily.

    Does the hotel offer breakfast?

    Yes, we are renowned for a great selection of breakfast options available each morning. Choose from traditional cooked breakfast items as well as healthier and nutritious options to kickstart your morning. Continental breakfast is served daily at our Grain & Grill restaurant from 5am, cooked breakfast begins daily at 6.30am served until 10am Monday to Friday and until 10.30am at weekends and bank holidays.

    Maldron Hotel Belfast International Airport offers both room only and bed & breakfast rates. Room-only rates do not include breakfast. If breakfast isn’t included in your rate, you can still purchase breakfast on arrival at £12 per person for buffet breakfast.

    What are the opening times of the Grain & Grill?

    Lunch is served at our Grain & Grill restaurant daily from 12pm to 3pm and dinner from 3pm to 10pm.

    Does the restaurant cater food for allergies?

    Yes, all of our menus have a full allergy listing. Please inform your waiter if you have any allergies, vegetarian or dietary requirements and our kitchen team will be delighted to assist.

    Are there meeting and event room facilities available at the hotel?

    Yes, we have flexible meeting rooms that vary from boardroom style set-ups to medium-sized rooms to our large Island Suite – perfect for events. All rooms have been newly refurbished and include state of the art AV.  All have natural daylight and air-conditioning.

    Does the hotel facilitate conferences?

    Yes, we do facilitate conferences and have our Island Suite which can hold up to 250 people theatre-style and has 2 large projectors and screens in the room, natural daylight and in-room temperature control. We also have 5 other meeting rooms which are perfect for break out rooms and we have a large dining area also.

    How many people do your meeting rooms accommodate?

    Depending on the meeting room and set up, our meeting rooms can cater from 2 to 250 people theatre-style.

    What equipment is included in the meeting rooms?

    All our meeting rooms are equipped with standard presentation facilities (LCD projector and screen), flipcharts and stationary. In addition, free high-speed WiFi will be provided complimentary in all meeting rooms as well as in-room temperature control is available.

    What is the hotel’s credit/debit card policy?

    A valid credit/debit card is required to secure all bookings made online or over the phone, unless in cases where this is otherwise stated. Please note that nothing is charged to the card at booking stage when booking directly with the hotel (with the exception of advance purchase offers or bookings that require a deposit.     Are there any age restrictions when booking a hotel room?

    To book a hotel room, you must be at least 18 years old. All under 18s must be accompanied by a guardian or parent.

    Can I show up at the hotel without a booking?

    Yes, we allow for walk-in bookings. However, we would always recommend to call ahead to the hotel or booking online prior to arriving to secure your reservation and to avoid disappointment.

    Can I extend my stay?

    Yes, depending on availability, we’ll be happy to accommodate you for further nights at an additional cost. Please contact our reception team at any stage during your stay and we will happily arrange the rest for you.

    Is it possible to book day rooms?

    If you have booked the reservation directly with the hotel over the phone or online, Maldron Hotel Belfast International Airport offers free cancellation up to 2pm prior to the day of arrival unless advance purchase non-refundable rate was selected.     What does our “no show” policy entail?

    If you do not show on the day of your booking or didn’t successfully cancel, you will be charged the full amount for your first night’s stay. If you have booked our “advanced purchase” or “prepay and save” rates, you will incur a 100% penalty charge for the entire duration of your stay.
