Can you advise on the length of time to get through security at the airport?
The airport recommends you arrive at the airport at least 2 hours prior to your flight.
Our hotel is located just a 2-minute walk from Belfast International Airport. Just a short walk across the zebra crossing outside the hotel.
Does the hotel offer an airport transfer?
No, our hotel is only 50 metres from Belfast International Airport terminal entrance so there is no need to arrange transfers. Hotel staff can arrange for special assistance over to the airport. Please contact reception to arrange this service (subject to availability).
How far is the hotel from Belfast city centre?
It takes approximately 25 minutes to get from the hotel to Belfast City Centre. There is a 24-hour sus service operated by Ulsterbus from the Airport Terminal. A return ticket is available for £10.50. Local Taxis are also available for an approximate cost of £25 for a similar journey time.
How close are public transport links to the hotel?
Buses with the number 300 or 300A come every 15 to 20 minutes and can be taken from just outside the airport terminal building. There is also taxis available just outside the building.
Do you operate with a local taxi firm?
Yes, we do have a recommended taxi service at the hotel. Our receptionists will be happy to help arrange a taxi for you.
Is there car parking at the hotel?
Yes, we offer 200+ complimentary car parking spaces for customers during their stay. Car parking is also available for £40 per week when pre-booked with your reservation. Yes, all the main car hire companies associated with the airport are within walking distance of the hotel.

No, none of the bedrooms looks over the runway, unfortunately.

No, the rooms are not air-conditioned, but there is a temperature control in the room. The overall heating system is centrally controlled to ensure a comfortable temperature.
Do the bathrooms have a shower or bath?
All bathrooms have a bath with power shower overhead. We have an accessible bathroom with a walk-in shower also.
Does the hotel offer wake-up calls?
Yes, we provide wake-up calls which can be arranged during check-in with the reception team member.

Yes, we are renowned for a great selection of breakfast options available each morning. Choose from traditional cooked breakfast items as well as healthier and nutritious options to kickstart your morning. Continental breakfast is served daily at our Grain & Grill restaurant from 5am, cooked breakfast begins daily at 7am served until 10am Monday to Friday and until 10.30am at weekends and bank holidays.

Yes, we do facilitate conferences and have our Island Suite which can hold up to 250 people theatre-style and has 2 large projectors and screens in the room, natural daylight and in-room temperature control. We also have 5 other meeting rooms which are perfect for break out rooms and we have a large dining area also.

Depending on the meeting room and set up, our meeting rooms can cater from 2 to 250 people theatre-style.

What does our “no show” policy entail?
If you do not show on the day of your booking or didn’t successfully cancel, you will be charged the full amount for your first night’s stay. If you have booked our “advanced purchase” or “prepay and save” rates, you will incur a 100% penalty charge for the entire duration of your stay.
